How to Clean Shower

It is nice to have a clean bathroom and shower, but it can be so hard to maintain as we all experience. Build up soap scrum, Mold, mildew, rust that can make cleaning your shower a real challenge, but with a little help, you can have your shower sparkling clean in no time. So here we go: Step 1- You need to prepare cleaning products you are going to use to clean shower. You need: vinegar, baking soda, natural bathroom cleaner (optional) Mold cleaner (if too moldy), disinfectant (optional) sponge, brush, squeegee, cleaning clothes. Mix water with vinegar 7:3 for glass doors. Mix baking soda with little vinegar to form smooth cream that is for walls and floors. Step 2 - First turn on fans or open the windows, put on you gloves. Remove everything out of shower . Step 3 - Shower shower walls and glass with hot water if there is no shower hose use cup or bucket. Spray vinegar mixture on walls and floors, spay mildew or mold with mold remover and let it rest for 10 min. If shower dried shower it again with hot water. Spray bathroom cleaner or use baking soda mixture (definitely use on the floors) on walls and floors and with sponge clean it properly you may apply more soda mixture if needed, use brush for corners and around holders and shower , apply soda mixture on glass as well. Apply cleaner on shower curtain and wipe it as well. Step 4 - Now shower with hot water to remove all build ups and dirt it's good to run through with wet towel to remove all build ups and soda and shower it again. Now use squeegee to remove water from walls and glass. Step 5 - Now is time to apply disinfectant if you wish and vinegar mix to glass. With dry cloth wipe down all shower nice and dry.Well done, All done. Now return all things back and don't forget to wipe them with cloth sprayed with cleaner or vinegar mixture as well. Tips to Keep your shower clean: Use squeegee after each shower it prevents glass from stains. Spray vinegar mixture after shower it prevents build up. Have your fan on when taking a shower. Use dehumidifier in rainy wet days . Most importantly clean your shower regularly. |
